Ken personally oversees every project from planning and budgeting through all aspects of construction, and Ken's crew are far from ordinary. Despite Ken's meticulous nature, which would scare away an average worker, employees stay with KP Construction, and take pride in knowing they are building the best homes on the market. In the carpentry division alone the average worker has been on the payroll at least 5 years, and some have been with Ken for 25 years. Specialty and mechanical operators contract with KP Construction because they trust and respect the integrity found here. History
Ken Peterson was born and reared in Houston, Texas, and discovered his vocation at just 15 years of age when he got a job making furniture. He soon realized that he had a talent and passion for woodwork. In no time Ken was framing houses and became a construction superintendent at a young age. He spent five years in that capacity before forming his own construction company in 1968. Ken has over 40 years of experience in the building industry.
